The conference was first introduced by Kusama shortly after his appearance at IVS Crypto 2024. He announced that the inaugural ShibaCon 2024 conference will coincide with DevCon 2024.

While DevCon 2024 will take place in Bangkok, Thailand from November 12 to 15, Shiba Inu’s ShibaCon will be held in the same city on November 10.

In a lengthy X post yesterday, Shiba Inu’s marketing specialist Lucie described ShibaCon as a pivotal moment for SHIB’s ecosystem. She highlighted that the event is key for blockchain enthusiasts, especially members of the Shiba Inu community.
