OnePlus 13R, but not 13, might launch with flat display
Aug 17, 2024 am 06:51 AMThose hoping for a next-gen OnePlus flagship with a new look for once might be disappointed by a new Digital Chat Station leak describing a premium device with an ominously familiar-sounding corner-mounted circular camera hump and a single periscope zoom camera.
On the other hand, this "OnePlus 13" is also tipped to launch with upgrades for just about every major aspect of its predecessor the 12, from its 100W wired charging for an enlarged battery to its aforementioned telephoto lens.
It is also now said to come with display glass of even greater "strength" than the Gorilla Glass Victus 2 of the 12 (now $799 on Amazon).
On that note, the 13 is also now said to come with the same premium 1440p display of the OPPO Find X8 Ultra. Nevertheless, those looking for substantial updates might be able to look to the alleged OnePlus 12R'ssuccessor instead.
Its rumored Chinese-market analog the Ace 5 is now predicted to adopt a flat display, along with the successor to the Realme GT Neo6.
Then again, the 13's quad-curved screen might look just as good, with minimal bezels of constant depth all around the screen according to its latest render.
The above is the detailed content of OnePlus 13R, but not 13, might launch with flat display. For more information, please follow other related articles on the PHP Chinese website!
