India is not only meeting the aspirations of its 1.4 billion people but is also proving that democracy delivers development and empowers people," Singh asserted. The Defence Minister also highlighted the establishment of defence industrial corridors in Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, aiming to bolster domestic defence manufacturing and reduce import dependency. "These corridors are designed to attract investment, foster innovation, and create a robust ecosystem for defence production in India," Singh added. He also mentioned Kashi Tamil Sangamam, noting that PM Modi inaugurated this significant initiative to reconnect and celebrate the historical ties between the Tamil people and Kashi. Building on this success, the government launched Saurashtra-Tamil Sangamam, aiming to foster cultural integration between West and South India.

Reflecting on Karunanidhi's legacy, Singh said, "One key lesson young Indians can learn from Thiru Karunanidhi's life is the importance of staying true to one's values." Karunanidhi's unwavering belief that every citizen deserves to live a life of dignity exemplifies great Indian culture and tradition, Singh noted. Unveiling the Karunanidhi coin, Singh said it is a tribute to a life dedicated to progress, justice, and societal betterment, serving as a symbol of collective gratitude.
