Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra tipped to feature larger screen and slimmer bezels than S24 Ultra

Samsung launched the Galaxy S24 series in January of this year, and the successor lineup is expected to be released in the coming January or February. So far, there have been many leaks about the upcoming phones, with some of the recent ones being about the design of the devices, particularly the S25 Ultra.

The latest leak that comes from Ice Universe, a known tipster, is about the screen. Per the report, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature slimmer bezels and a larger screen than the predecessor (256 GB curr. $1,099.99 on Amazon). It is said to have a 6.86-inch display that features about 2.3 mm bezels.

For reference, the Galaxy S24 Ultra sports a screen sizeof 6.79-inch with around 3.35 mm bezels. That means the upcoming top-end flagship from Samsung could feature bezels that are about 30% slimmer than the predecessor. If this holds true, the phone will offer a little more immersive experience than its predecessor.

Ice Universe further reports that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will be narrower than its predecessor. The body width is reportedly reduced to 77.6 mm, whereas the S24 Ultra measured 79 mm. Previously, the tipster said that the upcoming Android flagship will have rounded corners, making it more comfortable to hold. The narrower width should enhance comfort even further.

But, of course, even though Ice Universe is very credible in terms of leaks, you should treat this just like another rumor about the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Nothing is confirmed until Samsung officially details the phone.

The above is the detailed content of Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra tipped to feature larger screen and slimmer bezels than S24 Ultra. For more information, please follow other related articles on the PHP Chinese website!
