Xiaomi unveils new Power Bank 4i 20000mAh 33W Sonic Charge
The Xiaomi Power Bank 4i 20000mAh 33W Sonic Charge has appeared on the brand’s website in India. The new accessory, which is expected to launch this August, follows the Xiaomi Power Bank 4i 10000mAh launched in July.
The Power Bank 4i 20000mAhcan deliver an up to 33W output via its single USB-C port, an increase on the 22.5W peak power of the older model. Xiaomi estimates that this would allow you to charge an iPhone 15 Pro Max to 50% in around 40 minutes. The USB-C port is also used to recharge the device at 33W. There are two USB-A outputs, though how the power is distributed when multiple ports are in use is unclear. The 20,000mAh battery charges an iPhone 15 Pro Max 3.3 times or a Xiaomi 13 Pro 3.4 times. Other features include a low-power mode and protection against issues like overheating.
Thanks to an introductory offer, the Xiaomi Power Bank 4i 20000mAh 33W Sonic Charge will launch in India on August 30th for ₹2,199 (~$26); the RRP is listed as ₹3,999 (~$48). Whether or when this accessory could reach Europe remains to be seen. However, the company already offers the more powerful 20000 mAh Mi 50W Power Bank in this market.
