DJI has now shared initial details about the Neo. However, while that may be true, it is not ready to release its 135 g drone just yet. Instead, it will fully unveil its new drone on September 5, which is also the probable date for the Neo's release too.
The drone's official announcement has not stopped the torrent of leaks, though. This time, the drone has appeared at two German retailers, evidence of which we have embedded below. On the one hand, MediaMarkt and TechnoMarkt have outlined launch pricing. As previous rumours suggested, both retailers believe that the DJI Neo will retail for €199 on its own or €349 with various accessories as part of a Fly More Combo package.
For reference, the latter contains a DJI RC-N3 controller, a battery charger and three batteries, plus a cable for using a paired smartphone as a screen instead of something like the DJI RC 2 (curr. $339.95 on Amazon). On the other hand, the pair have published specification sheets and more promotional images, evidence of which we have embedded below. Incidentally, a YouTuber has already unboxed the DJI Neo, full details of which we have covered separately.
