Anker is rumored to be working on a new 4-in-1 65W Travel Adapter. The latest model, shown in a leaked image, appears to be far more sophisticated than older accessories like the Anker PowerExtend USB Plug International Power Adapter.
The 4-in-1 Travel Adapter looks to be compatible with a range of plugs and sockets across the US, the UK, the EU and China. Supported plugs are said to be type A, B, C, G, and I. Plus, the accessory can fit type B, E, F, G, and I outlets thanks to retractable pins controlled by sliders. According to a Reddit post from u/joshuadwx, the maximum output in the US is 1,250W, while the output in the EU and China increases to 2,300W. Also included are a 65W PowerIQ 3.0 USB-C port and 15W PowerIQ USB-C and USB-A ports. When multiple USB outputs are used simultaneously, the primary USB-C offers 45W and the remaining two share 15W power.
The accessory is said to have model number A9213, measuring 8.6 × 6.6 × 6.6 cm (~3.4 x 2.6 x 2.6 inches) and weighing 305 g (~0.7 lbs). A similar device with model number A9212 can be found on Anker’s Singapore website. It remains to be seen whether or when this Anker 4-in-1 65W Travel Adapter could launch in markets like North America or Europe and at what price.
