Xiaomi's new transparent Power Bank 25000 212W crowdfunding soon
The Xiaomi Power Bank 25000 212W will shortly begin crowdfunding on the brand’s Youpin platform in China. The accessory was leaked in images shared alongside a spec sheet on Weibo earlier this year.
As expected, the Power Bank 25000 212W offers three ports. These include a PD 3.1 140W USB-C, which could charge a MacBook Pro 40% or an iPhone 15 to 60% in half an hour. A second USB-C offers a maximum output of 45W, and the USB-A can charge devices at up to 120W. When the three ports are used simultaneously, the outputs are 65W, 27W and 120W, hence the 212W value in the accessory’s name. The 25,000mAh capacity is enough to charge a MacBook Pro 0.7 times or an iPhone 15 almost five times.
A color display shows the remaining battery level and charging status, and the power bank has a cyberpunk design with a partially transparent case. The Xiaomi Youpin crowdfunding campaign for the Power Bank 25000 212W will begin on September 4th, with backers asked to pledge 499 yuan (~$70). The accessory is expected to retail for 599 yuan (~$84), with shipping scheduled to start on September 18th. Xiaomi has yet to announce plans to bring its products to global markets. The new model has a design similar to the CUKTECH 20 Power Bank, available in various countries worldwide.
