Just over a week has passed since Garmin released the Fenix E and Fenix 8, which debuted alongside the Enduro 3. Although the trio are the first next-generation Enduro and Fenix models in two years, Garmin is not done with supporting the Enduro 2 or Fenix 7 series just yet. The same applies to the Marq 2 and Quatix 7, which the company keeps on the same development branch as the Enduro 2 and Fenix 7.
While the smartwatches mentioned remain on Software Version 17.28 if they are set to receive stable updates, Garmin has been plugging away for over a month at refining v18.xx builds on its public Beta Program. Until now, the company had issued four v18.xx builds varying between Beta Versions v18.09 and v18.12. However, the latter has now been replaced with Beta Version 18.13, which is said to contain over half a dozen improvements from Beta Version 18.12.
Specifically, Garmin reports that Beta Version 18.13 includes seven bug fixes aimed at various areas. For example, pre-made workout animations should no longer be missing in Beta Version 18.13, as should the keyboard switch icon in some languages. Additionally, the new beta update should resolve a bug that caused problems with connecting external Bluetooth sensors Please see the changelog below and Garmin's corresponding forum post for further details.
