The Shiba Inu executive took to his Medium blog to share his thoughts on the recent SHIB token price surge and the role of "SHIB people" in the cryptocurrency's success.

According to Kusama, the recent price increase is not solely due to the efforts of "SHIB people," but rather a combination of factors, including SHIB's strong community, utility and upcoming developments.

"I believe we are setting ourselves up for something truly special. And yes, I believe you’re deceiving people by claiming a token is a success just because of “SHIB people behind it,” Kusama wrote.

The Shiba Inu marketing lead also urged his followers to focus on BONE, LEASH, Sheb, Shib the MV, or Shiboshis if they are interested in real assets linked to SHIB.

"If you’re looking for SHIB, and I mean really SHIB, then you’re looking at BONE, LEASH, Sheb, Shib the MV, Shiboshis, and anything else the SHIB community builds together. Those are the real assets that will outlive us all," Kusama added.
