Davos Protocol Integrates with Core Ecosystem, Enabling DUSD Stablecoin for Liquid Staking and Yield Generation

Core recently integrated Davos Protocol, the platform behind the inflation-proof DUSD stablecoin, into its ecosystem.

This collaboration enables users within the Core Ecosystem to utilize DUSD for liquid staking and earning yield. Additionally, users can employ ETH and BTC reward-bearing assets (such as LSTs and LRTs) as collateral to mint DUSD.

Davos Protocol, known for its unique CDP protocol, now available on Core. Users can use ETH and BTC reward-bearing assets (like LSTs and LRTs) as collateral to mint DUSD.

Core, the first Bitcoin-aligned EVM-compatible Layer-1 blockchain, serves as Bitcoin’s complementary and hyper-scalable smart contract platform. With 55% of Bitcoin mining hash already contributing to its security model and over $313 Million of Bitcoin staked through Non-Custodial Bitcoin Staking, Core is unlocking Bitcoin as the prime protector and central asset of DeFi’s future.

More on this Partnership Between Davos & Core Ecosystem

Davos is a protocol that features an inflation-proof stablecoin called DUSD, which integrates liquid staking for generating yield. The platform provides a mechanism for borrowing DUSD by using Liquid Staking Tokens (LSTs) as collateral. It also has a governance token called DGT, which enables its holders to participate in the monetary policy of DUSD.

Davos Protocol will provide users with a stable asset to maximize the value of their staked assets, advancing their DeFi earning paths. The protocol opens routes for compounded yields by enabling DUSD to be staked and farmed, allowing users to amplify their financial growth within the DeFi network.

Moreover, the Davos Protocol offers a range of collateral options, including Liquid Staking Tokens (LSTs), reward-bearing stablecoins, and Liquid Restaking Tokens (LRTs). This diversity expands the spectrum of users' investing strategies, increasing the potential for generating yield.

Finally, the dedication to DeFi composability ensures seamless navigation and optimal return maximization for both companies’ users.
