The new edition of Kill Team is finally here, and to celebrate, Games Workshop is unleashing a whole host of new pre-orders, including the Hivestorm boxed set, the Core Book, and a variety of new Kill Teams.

If you’re not familiar with Kill Team, it’s a smaller-scale version of Warhammer 40,000 that’s perfect for quick and easy games. Each player controls a squad of elite operatives, and the goal is to complete objectives and eliminate the enemy team.

The Hivestorm boxed set is the perfect way to get started with the new edition of Kill Team. It includes two complete Kill Teams of brand-new plastic miniatures, as well as everything you need to enter the Killzone, including the Core Book, tokens, dice, a game board, war-torn urban terrain, and universal equipment.

In addition to the Hivestorm boxed set, there are also a variety of new Kill Teams available to pre-order, including the Brood Brothers, Blooded, Corsair Voidscarred, Kommandos, Nemesis Claw, Mandrakes, Hernkyn Yaegirs, Scout Squad, and Approved Operations Card Pack 2024.

Each Kill Team is unique, with its own strengths and weaknesses. The Brood Brothers are devotees of a xenos-infected coalition of insurrectionists called a Genestealer Cult, while the Blooded were once loyal soldiers of the Astra Militarum who have rebelled against the Imperium.

The Corsair Voidscarred are hardened veterans of a life of piracy, while the Kommandos sneak up on the enemy rather than charging in headlong. The Nemesis Claw is made up of the most psychotic and savage of Chaos Spaces Marines from the twisted Night Lords Legion, while the Mandrakes creep and crawl closer to their prey like eldritch nightmares in the shadows.

The Hernkyn Yaegirs serve in the Leagues of Votann as highly honored rangers, while the Scout Squads are comprised of Space Marines in training, yet to be fully elevated to the ranks of battle-brothers. Finally, the Approved Operations Card Pack 2024 is a key supplement for both casual and competitive Kill Team games.

This deck of reference cards includes Tac Ops, victory conditions, and mission maps for all the current Killzones. It’s the most balanced way to play for any players looking for a fun and fair game.
