


New Lenovo gaming tablet features VC cooler larger than smartphone screen
Lenovo is expected to release the 2024 Legion Y700 on September 29 in China, and recently, the company has confirmed that the upcoming gaming tablet will come with a matte black finish. Now, Lenovo has shared that it will be featuring a large 10,004 mm-square vapor chamber (VC) cooling setup.
As highlighted by Lenovo, this VC cooling setup is "larger than a mobile phone screen," and with such a cooling setup, the gaming tablet should offer stable performance during load. The 2024 Legion Y700 could even better compete with the RedMagic Nova with this setup.
Speaking of which, the company recently confirmed that the upcoming Legion Y700 will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. The company hasn't confirmed whether it will be the Leading Versionthat RedMagic's new gaming tablet features. However, Lenovo's offering will be smaller, making it a better pick for those who prefer something portable.
Besides that, the company has already revealed that the back will feature the same camera setup as the predecessor. A Geekbench listinghas also suggested that there will be one variant with 12 GB of RAM. Other details are still under wraps, but if the launch is indeed on September 29, you don't need to wait long to learn all about the new Legion Y700.
