The Crimson Ceremony book is an item you'll only find in a New Game playthrough. It's required for the Rebirth Ending, so if you're planning on going for that, be sure to grab this book during your second playthrough. At the very start of the game, right after you meet Angela in the Graveyard, head for the water's edge. From here, head right and look for the tree without any leaves on it. Just to the right of the tree will be a gravestone with an eyeball on it, and the Crimson Ceremony book will be leaning against the gravestone. Pick it up and it'll be added to your Key Items on the inventory screen.
