Free Information Technology Training Ada Santander

The Santander Tech Program, a joint initiative between Santander and Ada Tech, offers 60 thousand scholarships to boost careers in Information Technology.

With an innovative test that evaluates the profile of participants, the program recommends the most suitable technological path for each one.

The 1,000 participants with the best performance in the Tech Aptitude Test will have access to Ada Skill, an exclusive and flexible training that develops essential skills for the future of work, including mentoring and simulated technical interviews with market experts.

To participate in Santander Tech, it is not necessary to have prior knowledge in technology, just be over 16 years old and reside in Brazil.

The Santander Tech Program, developed in partnership with Ada Tech, offers 60,000 scholarships to those who wish to take a leap in their careers, regardless of their field of activity, in Information Technology.

Through an innovative aptitude test, Santander Tech evaluates your profile and indicates the most suitable technological path for your skills and interests.

The top 1,000 placed in the Tech Aptitude Test will have exclusive access to Ada Skill, flexible training that includes development of essential skills for the future of work, personalized mentoring and technical interview simulations conducted by market experts.

No Prior Knowledge in Technology Necessary

One of the great advantages of Santander Tech is that it is accessible to everyone: it is not necessary to have previous experience in technology to participate.

The program is open to all Brazilians over the age of 16 who want to transform their careers and stand out in the competitive job market.
