The objective for this project was to create a self-service web application to distribute my resume no matter the scale, create an email list in the event I obtain a new certification, and display my AWS backend automation skills in the process. To be clear every service in this project is automated! The primary tools utilized to accomplish this were Terraform (IAC), Python (Programming Language), and AWS Lambda (Compute). The ancillary services needed to support the tools utilized in this project are illustrated in the architectural diagram below.

Services like AWS Route 53, AWS Amplify, API Gateway, AWS Simple Email Service (SES), AWS Simple Queue Service (SQS), and AWS S3 were pivotal in relaying data from my backend endpoint to the customer's inbox reliably. Dynamo DB allows me to aggregate customer information for future engagement as I continue to develop essential skills such as Red Hat and Kubernetes. Once these certifications are achieved an updated resume will be sent out utilizing the email list generated by the DynamoDB table.
