Bitcoin (BTC), the world's oldest and most valued cryptocurrency, remained stable above the $72,000 mark early Thursday.

Top cryptocurrency Bitcoin (BTC) remained above the $72,000 mark early Thursday, as several altcoins landed in the red zone. At the time of writing, BTC price was at $72,244.30, registering a 24-hour loss of 0.11 percent, as per CoinMarketCap. According to Indian exchanges, BTC price stood at Rs 57.04 lakh.

The world’s second-largest cryptocurrency, Ethereum (ETH), saw a 24-hour loss of 0.81 percent, currently priced at $2,639.07, as per CoinMarketCap. According to Indian exchanges, ETH price stood at Rs 2.09 lakh.

Meme cryptocurrency Dogecoin (DOGE) registered a 24-hour loss of 1.50 percent, as per CoinMarketCap data, currently priced at $0.1708. Dogecoin price in India stood at Rs 12.

Among other altcoins, Litecoin (LTC) saw a 24-hour loss of 2.36 percent. At the time of writing, it was trading at $70.94. LTC price in India stood at Rs 5,943.60.

Meanwhile, Ripple (XRP) price stood at $0.5182, seeing a 24-hour dip of 1.20 percent. Ripple price in India stood at Rs 43.14.

Solana (SOL) price stood at $173.57, marking a 24-hour loss of 2.89 percent. SOL price in India stood at Rs 14,951.54.
