It seems like the city of Treviso isn't doing so well in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. Not only is it dealing with the ever-common class disparities, but it's gotten even worse thanks to the Qunari military, known as the Antaam, forcibly occupying the city and taking control of things.

The Antivan Crows are committed to fighting back against the Antaam and pushing them out of their city, but it's not something they can do in a single day. It will take time, careful planning, and a united front to free Treviso from the Antaam. The first thing you'll need to do is start taking down those surrounding The Butcher.

How To Find Dareth

A Slow Poison becomes available after you rescue Lucanis during the story quest, Sea of Blood, and you interact with the rolled scroll with a quest marker above it inside the Library section of the Lighthouse.

Killing some groups of Antaam in Treviso increases your bond with Lucanis, so make sure to bring him and take them all out if you're planning to romance him.

Use the Crossroads or Fast Travel back to Treviso, then head inside and speak to Teia and Viagro, and they'll tell you your target is going to be helping their scout, Dareth, in the Drowned District.

During the conversation, you can also get some additional information regarding the Butcher's actions, the Gods, the Crows, and the occupation itself.

Exit the Crow's headquarters via the stairs to the merchant's right after talking to them, then follow the path towards the objective and across the zipline to another area.

There's a zipline you can activate on the left side of the pathway that leads to an area with a battle against three Venatori, and a Blight Cyst containing Desmal, Bloodbound to Elgar'nan, who you'll need to beat for the Gate Of Deep Sorrows quest.

Once you're on the other side, sneak along the ledge above the statue previously blocked by people, grab the chest inside the locked room, and then head through the wooden gate with the Crow's symbol to the right.

On this second trip, you'll now be able to explore more, and if you take the eastern path past the Grande Market beacon, you'll get access to two paths: one going north to Heart and Central, and one continuing to the east towards the Drowned District.

Heart and Central's area contains a variety of loot, such as chests, two of which contain Unique items as a special reward, a handful of fights against Antaam, and a Fen'Harel Altar in the Dellamorte Estates area.

How To Find Dareth's Contact

Activate the Drowned District's first beacon once you get to the area, then go down across the docks to where Dareth is. As you approach the large building on the right, you'll have three Antaam to fight: two wielding cannons, and one with a sword and shield.

Take them out, then free Jacobus and Fast Travel back to the Grande Market beacon and head east through the wooden gates, then north across the bridge, or go to the Heart and Central beacon directly if you've found it already.

At Heart and Central beacon, climb the nearby lattice wall and follow the purple Crow marks on the walls up to the rooftop building, then interact with the note on the desk.

Either use the ziplines nearby or Fast Travel back to the Crow's Road Rooftops beacon, then go through the door to your left. Take out the Antaam, then keep following the path across the rooftops to the Garrison.

You'll have some more regular Antaam to deal with as you make your way through the building, and you'll have a boss to deal with once you hop over the balcony and reach the first floor.

How To Beat The Qamekmaster

While large, the Qamekmaster isn't armored, so you'll only need to deplete his health to kill him.

He's resistant to Lightning, but vulnerable to Necrotic, and has several attacks at his disposal that he alternates between, alongside occasionally spawning a pool of acid that lingers on the ground:

  • A series of close-range swipes and smashes.
  • A leaping attack that leaves a sigil on the floor that explodes after a few seconds.
  • A charging attack.
  • An AOE blood explosion.

You can also hit him with your Ultimate for massive damage on any class if you have it, and cut the fight time down significantly.

Combo together companion skills such as Lucanis' Debilitate and Bellara's Fade Bolts to detonate status effects and cause a chain reaction while avoiding his attacks, and you'll kill the blighted Qamekmaster fairly quickly.

How To Complete A Slow Poison

Once he's dead, destroy the three pots of poison in the room and read the note on the desk, then grab the chest from the nearby room before returning to Teia and Viagro at the Crow's Sanctum.

When Teia mentions your reward during the conversation, answering that you won't abandon your allies gives you an increase in your bond with Lucanis.

For completing this quest, you'll get some EXP, 250 reputation with the Antivan Crows, and an increase in the bonds of whichever two Companions you bring with you.
