Building various theme parks in Planet Coaster 2 will give you plenty of experience to tackle more complicated challenges down the road. From revitalizing a poor investment that drains the bank to curating the perfect collection of rides to thrill your guests, the possibilities are endless.

Planet Coaster 2: Summit Awesome Walkthrough

With the Summit Awesome scenario, you're tasked with building a functioning theme park between two mountain peaks. It takes patience and careful planning, but with a bit of help, you can get it done. Here's everything you need to know to build the park on your dreams in the clouds, connected by a monorail.

Bronze Objectives

When you arrive at the summit, there's a theme park waiting for you. Already, there's a coaster in place and the beginning of a monorail, but your efforts are better focused elsewhere. To start, you'll want to get four flat rides up

and running.

Remember that variety is key, so have several different flat rides

with different intensities will cater to all of your guests.

Once each of the rides is up, powered, and open, your next objective is to create a coaster. However, unlike other objectives, you'll need to ensure there's at least one drop from 45 meters

up.

When doing so, make sure to slowly bring the coaster down to comply with G-force limits

or guests won't ride your coaster!

Once the coaster is built, make sure to have a power distributor nearby to power it. Test the ride and open it to earn your bronze badge!<script> window.adsNinja = window.adsNinja || {}; window.adsNinja.queue = window.adsNinja.queue || []; window.adsNinja.queue.push(function(){ window.adsNinja.queue.push(function(){ var fallbackContent = ` <video> <source src='https://video.thegamerimages.com/2024/11/planet-coaster-2-summit-awesome-bronze-1730862414.mp4' type='video/mp4'> Your browser does not support the video tag. `; try{ var result = window.adsNinja.monetizeVideo('.emaki-video-player-e6b46a9c719ea76c', JSON.parse(`{\"name\":\"Instream-InContent\",\"groupName\":\"content\"}`), JSON.parse(`{\"trackingId\":\"in-content\",\"playlist\":[{\"title\":\"Planet Coaster 2 Summit Awesome Bronze Objectives\",\"description\":\"\",\"length\":\"3:25\",\"mimeType\":\"video\/mp4\",\"url\":\"https:\/\/video.thegamerimages.com\/2024\/11\/planet-coaster-2-summit-awesome-bronze-1730862414.mp4\",\"thumbnailLink\":\"https:\/\/static1.thegamerimages.com\/wordpress\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/wm\/2024\/11\/planet-coaster-2-building-a-ferris-wheel-in-the-mountains.jpg?fit=crop&w=1024&h=576\",\"textTracks\":[{\"kind\":\"subtitles\",\"label\":\"English\",\"language\":\"en\",\"url\":\"https:\/\/video.thegamerimages.com\/2024\/11\/planet-coaster-2-summit-awesome-bronze-1730862414-1730862735.vtt\",\"default\":false}]}]}`)); if(!result){ console.warn('Failed to load AdsNinja video player.'); document.getElementById('emaki-video-player-e6b46a9c719ea76c').innerHTML = fallbackContent; } } catch(error){ console.warn('Failed to load AdsNinja video player.'); document.getElementById('emaki-video-player-e6b46a9c719ea76c').innerHTML = fallbackContent; } }); }); </script>

Silver Objectives

With your park off to a good start, it's time to build even more rides. Your next objective is to build two new flat rides

in addition to the ones you built previously, for a total of six flat rides.

Place them wherever you'd like, then open up the attractions for your guests. Be sure to add more power as needed to support your rides!

Next, your goal is to build a new coaster. The track must be at least 600 meters long. If you're not sure how long the coaster is, keep adding track pieces to it. Use the special track pieces

to get extra length and thrill in your coaster.

You can purchase a premade coaster and edit it, if you'd like!

The last objective for the silver badge is to complete the monorail. This means building a track across the chasm between mountain peaks, then placing another station on the other side

so guests can freely move between both sides of the park.

Once the track is complete, you can open the monorail and allow park visitors to cross

over the mountain pass. You'll earn your silver badge and be well on your way to a perfect park!

Gold Objectives

With your park one step closer to completion, it's time to build even more rides! Now that the other mountain peak is accessible, place three new flat rides over there to draw the crowd away from the first peak. This will help

distribute traffic and usher guests throughout the park

.

The rides can be duplicates here, as they're spaced far enough away from the first peak.

You can even set up another park entrance here if you'd like! After building the flat rides, you'll

design two coasters<script> window.adsNinja = window.adsNinja || {}; window.adsNinja.queue = window.adsNinja.queue || []; window.adsNinja.queue.push(function(){ window.adsNinja.queue.push(function(){ var fallbackContent = ` <video> <source src='https://video.thegamerimages.com/2024/11/planet-coaster-2-summit-awesome-bronze-1730862414.mp4' type='video/mp4'> Your browser does not support the video tag. `; try{ var result = window.adsNinja.monetizeVideo('.emaki-video-player-e6b46a9c719ea76c', JSON.parse(`{\"name\":\"Instream-InContent\",\"groupName\":\"content\"}`), JSON.parse(`{\"trackingId\":\"in-content\",\"playlist\":[{\"title\":\"Planet Coaster 2 Summit Awesome Bronze Objectives\",\"description\":\"\",\"length\":\"3:25\",\"mimeType\":\"video\/mp4\",\"url\":\"https:\/\/video.thegamerimages.com\/2024\/11\/planet-coaster-2-summit-awesome-bronze-1730862414.mp4\",\"thumbnailLink\":\"https:\/\/static1.thegamerimages.com\/wordpress\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/wm\/2024\/11\/planet-coaster-2-building-a-ferris-wheel-in-the-mountains.jpg?fit=crop&w=1024&h=576\",\"textTracks\":[{\"kind\":\"subtitles\",\"label\":\"English\",\"language\":\"en\",\"url\":\"https:\/\/video.thegamerimages.com\/2024\/11\/planet-coaster-2-summit-awesome-bronze-1730862414-1730862735.vtt\",\"default\":false}]}]}`)); if(!result){ console.warn('Failed to load AdsNinja video player.'); document.getElementById('emaki-video-player-e6b46a9c719ea76c').innerHTML = fallbackContent; } } catch(error){ console.warn('Failed to load AdsNinja video player.'); document.getElementById('emaki-video-player-e6b46a9c719ea76c').innerHTML = fallbackContent; } }); }); </script>. They have the following requirements, however, to ensure that your guests are experiencing something new:<script> window.adsNinja = window.adsNinja || {}; window.adsNinja.queue = window.adsNinja.queue || []; window.adsNinja.queue.push(function(){ window.adsNinja.queue.push(function(){ var fallbackContent = ` <video> <source src='https://video.thegamerimages.com/2024/11/planet-coaster-2-summit-awesome-silver-1730862655.mp4' type='video/mp4'> Your browser does not support the video tag. `; try{ var result = window.adsNinja.monetizeVideo('.emaki-video-player-a0e350425bfa2391', JSON.parse(`{\"name\":\"Instream-InContent\",\"groupName\":\"content\"}`), JSON.parse(`{\"trackingId\":\"in-content\",\"playlist\":[{\"title\":\"Planet Coaster 2 Summit Awesome Silver Objectives\",\"description\":\"\",\"length\":\"4:58\",\"mimeType\":\"video\/mp4\",\"url\":\"https:\/\/video.thegamerimages.com\/2024\/11\/planet-coaster-2-summit-awesome-silver-1730862655.mp4\",\"thumbnailLink\":\"https:\/\/static1.thegamerimages.com\/wordpress\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/wm\/2024\/11\/planet-coaster-2-building-a-viking-themed-swing-ride-in-the-mountains.jpg?fit=crop&w=1024&h=576\",\"textTracks\":[{\"kind\":\"subtitles\",\"label\":\"English\",\"language\":\"en\",\"url\":\"https:\/\/video.thegamerimages.com\/2024\/11\/planet-coaster-2-summit-awesome-silver-1730862655-1730863019.vtt\",\"default\":false}]}]}`)); if(!result){ console.warn('Failed to load AdsNinja video player.'); document.getElementById('emaki-video-player-a0e350425bfa2391').innerHTML = fallbackContent; } } catch(error){ console.warn('Failed to load AdsNinja video player.'); document.getElementById('emaki-video-player-a0e350425bfa2391').innerHTML = fallbackContent; } }); }); </script>
  • A coaster with an excitement rating of four or higher.
  • A coaster with at least five inversions.

You can build these coasters from scratch or you can purchase existing models to fill your parks. Minder is an excellent choice for the excitement rating, while Twin Loops is a great coaster to include for the inversions requirement.

Opening these coasters will earn you the gold badge for the Summit Awesome scenario!

Platinum Objectives

Your last set of objectives will have you put your coaster skills to the test. The newest coaster you'll make must have an excitement rating of six or more, which makes it more complicated and thrilling. If the rating is too high, guests won't want to ride it.

A great coaster to model yours after is Soarer, which meets the objective requirement.

If you have the funds, you can purchase the coaster

to save you some time.

After the new coaster is complete and open, it's time to focus on what your guests want. Specifically, your goal is to get 4,500 people in the park and have at least 80 percent in a good mood

.

To get new guests in the park, you can run advertisements to reach audiences

you're lacking. These take time and money, but it's a surefire way to increase the number of guests in your park.

To raise guest happiness, you'll want to check in on their thoughts.

Is there enough food for them in the park? Are the paths clean? Are there enough rides for them to enjoy? All of these come together to create the atmosphere of your park.

When your park is filled with happy guests, you'll earn the platinum badge

for the scenario. Congratulations on doing what seemed impossible at first, and good luck with your future coasters!<script> window.adsNinja = window.adsNinja || {}; window.adsNinja.queue = window.adsNinja.queue || []; window.adsNinja.queue.push(function(){ window.adsNinja.queue.push(function(){ var fallbackContent = ` <video> <source src='https://video.thegamerimages.com/2024/11/planet-coaster-2-summit-awesome-bronze-1730862414.mp4' type='video/mp4'> Your browser does not support the video tag. `; try{ var result = window.adsNinja.monetizeVideo('.emaki-video-player-e6b46a9c719ea76c', JSON.parse(`{\"name\":\"Instream-InContent\",\"groupName\":\"content\"}`), JSON.parse(`{\"trackingId\":\"in-content\",\"playlist\":[{\"title\":\"Planet Coaster 2 Summit Awesome Bronze Objectives\",\"description\":\"\",\"length\":\"3:25\",\"mimeType\":\"video\/mp4\",\"url\":\"https:\/\/video.thegamerimages.com\/2024\/11\/planet-coaster-2-summit-awesome-bronze-1730862414.mp4\",\"thumbnailLink\":\"https:\/\/static1.thegamerimages.com\/wordpress\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/wm\/2024\/11\/planet-coaster-2-building-a-ferris-wheel-in-the-mountains.jpg?fit=crop&w=1024&h=576\",\"textTracks\":[{\"kind\":\"subtitles\",\"label\":\"English\",\"language\":\"en\",\"url\":\"https:\/\/video.thegamerimages.com\/2024\/11\/planet-coaster-2-summit-awesome-bronze-1730862414-1730862735.vtt\",\"default\":false}]}]}`)); if(!result){ console.warn('Failed to load AdsNinja video player.'); document.getElementById('emaki-video-player-e6b46a9c719ea76c').innerHTML = fallbackContent; } } catch(error){ console.warn('Failed to load AdsNinja video player.'); document.getElementById('emaki-video-player-e6b46a9c719ea76c').innerHTML = fallbackContent; } }); }); </script>
