You can craft multiple Shock Charges and Molotovs using a crafting table and Salvage. Ammo mods can be equipped using an Arsenal machine.

For example, you can combine a Shock Charge with a Molotov and quickly kill the enemies affected by both.

Or, you can use the Cryo Freeze Ammo Mod after throwing a Molotov and then kill the zombies affected by both. Any combination of two elemental damage types should work.

So simply just get a group of zombies to follow you, set up the elemental damage, and then kill them quickly with either your weapon or an explosive weapon.
