Step 1: Open Excel

Troubleshooting

If you don’t see the Copilot symbol upon opening Excel, try these steps:

2. If you think the account details are correct, use them to log into your Microsoft Account via the MS website.
3. Once logged in, head to My Microsoft Account, then Services & Subscriptions.
4. Check that Copilot Pro is one of your subscriptions — if not, you should be given the option to sign up.
