Luma Island: How To Solve The Crystal Light Puzzle

Every good ruin-covered location needs, and likely has, more than a few puzzles for you to find, and in Luma Island, your farm is covered with them. From the locked shrine at the beach's edge to the mysterious green lights that lead you to hidden treasure, you have several to do while settling into life on the island.

One you may end up coming across is the crystal statue by the lake. Who put it there and what purpose it might've served in the past is unknown outside some vague hints from the non-human residents, but whatever the statue is, it's still active.

How To Solve The Crystal Light Puzzle

The Crystal Light puzzle is found on the northeastern corner of your farm, right near the shore of the lake in the same corner, though a handful of Farm Boulders block it off.

Once you break the rocks, you'll be greeted with one large crystal surrounded by three panels with slightly different colors: red and green on the right, and blue on the left.

While similar, the blue and orange crystal panels you can find elsewhere on your farm are for a different puzzle and don't do anything for this one.

To solve this puzzle, you'll need to hit them in a particular order and each correct answer gets you a little burst of color-coded particles:

• The red panel is first.
• The blue panel is second.
• Then the green panel is last.

After you hit all three in that order, the crystal will light up and a blue treasure chest will appear next to it as your reward.

Open it up, and you'll get some normal treasure chest loot like Farm Nature Tokens and Spirits, but blue chests also have a higher chance to drop rarer items, like Wheat Everseeds.
