After defeating Geonor in Act One of Path of Exile 2, it's time to move to Act Two. Here, you'll be in a sandy desert filled with a new variety of even tougher enemies and bosses for you to take on. Similar to the first act, Act Two brings a lot of optional bosses for you to take on as well.

Below, you'll find a table highlighting every Act Two optional boss. There aren't quite as many optional bosses here as there are in Act One, but they can all still be challenging to take on if you aren't prepared.

In Act Two, you can partake in the Trial of Sekhemas to ascend. Technically, this is optional, but a majority of players choose to do this. There are bosses here, but we haven't included them in our list. This includes Rattlecage, who you'll face at the end of your first trial.
