Many NPCs are available for Custom Deliveries, and one of them is Nitowikwe, introduced in Patch 7.15. She's eagerly waiting for Disciples of Hand and Land in Shaaloani to help her with the Shaaloani Station's needs, and here's everything you need to do before adding her to your ever-increasing list of clients.

There are a couple of pre-requisites for unlocking Nitowikwe Custom Deliveries:

  • You must be a Disciple of Hand or Disciple of Land Level 90 or higher and must have completed the Level 100 Main Scenario Quest 'The Warmth of Family'.
  • You must also have unlocked Custom Deliveries by completing the 'Go West, Craftsman' quest, obtained at Mor Dhona from Lydirlona in (X:22.3, Y:6.8).

With these prerequisites done, head to Tuliyollal and get the Laying New Tracks quest with the Railroad Employee in (X:14.1, Y:12.1).

The quest only appears if you're equipped with a Crafter or Gatherer Job.

After a quick conversation, you'll unlock Nitowikwe for your weekly Custom Deliveries. She'll be stationed at Shaaloani (X:14;3, Y:19.3), and you can visit her every week, just like other clients.

Nitowikwe asks you to deliver a few items that you need to craft or gather them yourself. Speak with her to check which items she's currently asking for. Fortunately, Peyapewi (who's right beside her) will sell you materials for crafting items. One material is enough for one item.

Disciples of Land can find their items with the Gathering Log. Select the required item and select Search for item by Gathering Method. Fishers can simply select the fish and choose Display Location.

Her items aren't particularly hard to craft or gather, so as long as you're using any Level 90 or higher gear, you shouldn't have much trouble with these.

You can deliver up to 6 items per week for Nitowikwe. Her requests reset every Tuesday, 12 AM. PST.

Custom Deliveries have a Satisfaction Level, which is increased by successfully delivering items. Once you reach the maximum Satisfaction for that level, Nitowikwe will start asking for a new item. At the maximum level, she'll ask for random items.

The rewards for Custom Deliveries vary according to your level:

  • Level 99 or lower players get Experience and Purple Scrips according to the item's quality.
  • Level 100 players get Orange Scrips and Purple Scrips according to the item's quality.

Aside from those, reaching Satisfaction Level Five unlocks a final quest that gives you the Dawnblazer Attire Coffer, an exclusive glamour serving as proof you've completed another Custom Delivery. Additionally, you'll also be able to change Nitowikwe's appearance, so give her a new look when you have the chance.

Custom Deliveries are amazing for leveling up your Disciple of Hand or Disciple of Land jobs, so make sure you're doing them every week. If you already have all of these at Level 100, the Scrips are a great source of Gil by selling Materias.
