Roblox: A Universal Time - How To Get D4C
Funny Valentine's Stand, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, is heavily regarded as one of the most confusing and broken Stands in the Jojo universe. As it's a fan favorite, A Universal Time on Roblox has adapted it wonderfully into a Stand you can wield and fight with yourself.
The Stand, and its evolution; D4C: Love Train, can both be acquired in the game, and we've compiled this guide to show you the path to the Stands, what you'll need to do, and to give you some tips on how to make the process as easy as possible. Let's dive in.
How To Get D4C
Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap may be the official complete name of the Stand, but in A Universal Time, it's known for its official acronym: D4C.
D4C isn't quite like the other Stands, as it can't be obtained from regular arrows. You need a special item of Legendary rarity, which can be obtained in two ways.
How To Get The Heart Of The Saint
You're going to need the Heart of the Saint, which can either be crafted or found.
If you'd like to craft it, all you need is D4C Shards, which you can get from the Ability Banner. Simply wait for D4C Shards to be in the pool, and then spend UShards to get them. You're going to need three D4C Shards to craft the Stand.
If you'd rather not spend UShards, you can instead look for the Heart in the Devil's Palm. It can be found in the Desert, after the curses. You will be ticking damage every few seconds, so you can't stay here for too long. Your objective is to look for Sand Debris, which has a four percent chance of dropping the Heart of the Saint.
If you're on PC, pressing CTRL SHIFT P in-game will allow you to go into freecam mode. Now, you're able to scout out the area for Sand Debris easily, and return to yourself by pressing the same hotkey to go collect it.
As a bonus, if you intend on grinding curses for levels anyway, then you might as well look out for a Legendary Chest, as the Heart is one of the possible drops in those.
Using the Heart of the Saint on Standless transforms it into D4C.
D4C Moveset
D4C has two movesets: Stand off, and Stand on - the latter being the one you should default to.
When the Stand is disabled, it has the following unique moves:
|
Description | ||||||||||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Summon | Summons the Stand, changing the moveset. | ||||||||||||||
Violent Storm | Standard barrage ending in knockback. | ||||||||||||||
Powered Slice | Heavy attack with knockback. | ||||||||||||||
Menger Sponge | Upon taking damage from an enemy, counters with a heavy attack. | ||||||||||||||
Dimensional Clone | Summons a clone of yourself to charge into the enemy, and then explode. | ||||||||||||||
Brutal Scotch | Grabs the enemy, slicing them with a strong combo. |
And with the Stand on, the moveset is:
|
Description | ||||||||||||||||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Summon | Makes the Stand go away, changing back the moveset | ||||||||||||||||||||
Cleaving Barrage | Standard barrage ending in knockback. | ||||||||||||||||||||
Swift Puncture | Lands two heavy blows. | ||||||||||||||||||||
Fanfare disposal | Fires a handgun many times, a long-ranged attack that can hit multiple enemies. | ||||||||||||||||||||
Precision Disposal | Fires the handgun once, with a powerful long-range strike. | ||||||||||||||||||||
Capital Punishment | Puts the enemy in a cutscene dealing massive damage. | ||||||||||||||||||||
Killer's Hand | Summons D4C briefly to spring forward and land a devastating blow. | ||||||||||||||||||||
Dimensional Shift | Ultimate ability - Brings you and the enemy into a pocket dimension, where they're slowed heavily. | ||||||||||||||||||||
Adverse Force | Lays a combo of light blows on the enemy. |
Overall, you want to focus on just mixing as many abilities together as possible. Turn off the Stand mid-fight for the Dimensional Clone and Menger Sponge, as they're excellent abilities for NPCs and players alike. Otherwise, the moveset with the Stand on is better in terms of damage.
How To Get D4C: Love Train
It doesn't end there, though, as D4C can be further evolved into D4C: Love Train with a special questline, or, once again, crafting via the banner.
To craft it, you'll need four D4C: Love Train Shards, and three D4C Shards.
We don't recommend this, as these are Legendary Shards, which are far more difficult to obtain than just finishing the questline outright.
The quest can be started at any time, as long as you have D4C and 500,000 UCoins.
You'll need to make your way to the top of the waterfall, where you will see Funny Valentine. Interacting with him will prompt the purchase, upon which the questline Power of the Saint's Corpse begins.
Power Of The Saint's Corpse Questline
First, you'll need to make your way back to Devil's Palm, as you're going to need the other Corpse Parts now, too. Again, these can all be found in Sand Debris.
The Parts you'll need, and their drop rates, are as follows:
- Arms of the Saint's Corpse - eight percent.
- Legs of the Saint's Corpse - eight percent.
- Ribcage of the Saint's Corpse - five percent.
- Eyes of the Saint's Corpse - two percent.
Once you've obtained these, you'll need to consume them whilst having D4C equipped. This will tick them in the quest completion, too.
All four of these are of Epic rarity, so if you'd like, you can also try your luck with Chests back where the curses are.
Once completed, the second and final quest will reveal itself with the following requirements:
- Defeat Diavolo.
- Use Saint's Skull.
The Saint's Skull is a possible drop from Diavolo, so you can kill Two Birds with one stone, if you're lucky.
How To Defeat Diavolo
Diavolo can either be spawned manually or fought in the Colloseum.
Every 30 real-world minutes, Diavolo spawns in the Colloseum. You can travel to it by visiting the Port, and speaking to the Ferry Captain NPC.
Alternatively, if you've got UCoins to spare, you can head into a cave left of the waterfall that leads you to the Domain Of The Forgotten. Here, any boss can be spawned at the Boss Summoner with UCoins, and some items. The items vary from boss to boss, and in our case, we only need five arrows and 250,000 UCoins.
Beating Diavolo isn't particularly hard, especially if you already have D4C. Diavolo has 4,000 HP, and of course, King Crimson.
The ability you should look out for here is when he uses Epitaph, which he will announce. He is impervious to damage then, but otherwise, he doesn't attack very often, and when he does, it's very easily dodgeable.
The Saint's Skull has a 50 percent chance of dropping from beating him. As before, the Skull needs to be consumed with D4C equipped, and if the quest is complete, you will obtain the full Saint's Corpse.
Finally, using the Saint's Corpse on D4C transforms it into D4C: Love Train.
D4C: Love Train Moveset
D4C: Love Train has a different moveset from regular D4C. This one focuses almost solely on heavy blows, so it excels at PvP, but is very hard to level up with due to almost no multi-target abilities.
It has two movesets, same as D4C. Here are the moves exclusive to Stand off mode:
Move |
Description |
---|---|
Summon | Summons the Stand, changing the moveset. |
Hand Of Fortune | D4C briefly appears to impale your enemy. |
Throat Incision | Stab your enemy once. |
Head Bomb | Heavy damage, where the head of your enemy is used to explode it on impact. |
Chop Strike | D4C briefly appears to do a heavy blow. |
And finally, the main moveset for having the Stand on:
|
Description | ||||||||||||||||||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Summon | Makes the Stand go away, changing back the moveset | ||||||||||||||||||||||
Body Carving | Three heavy blows that can hit multiple targets | ||||||||||||||||||||||
Spilling Of Blood | A heavy blow meant for one enemy. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
Severing Chokehold | A combo of heavy blows that attacks one enemy | ||||||||||||||||||||||
Presidential Leverage | Dash through enemies to deal damage with this, but otherwise can be used for mobility. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
State Funeral | Stomp one enemy to the ground, dealing heavy damage. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
Fanfare Disposal | Fires a handgun many times, a long-ranged attack that can hit multiple enemies. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
Precision Disposal | Fires the handgun once, with a powerful long-range strike. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
Gut Gouge | Attack a single enemy, dealing devastating damage in one blow. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
Love Train | Ultimate ability - surround yourself in a wall of light, making you impervious to all damage as long as you don't attack. Enemy attacks reroute themselves to another enemy in the area. |
