Speak to the bandit chief three times to trigger combat. Defeat him (exploit his weaknesses, including Human) to receive the Green Cryas and the Wind Summoner title. Equip the title and reach the required rank to learn the Mystic Arte.

Blue Cryas – Water Summoner (Level 2 Mystic Arte)

Found in Sable Izolle's research tower. Interact with the spinning star icon. This is easily missed due to the game's early progression. You can return later. Don't forget to explore the Somnosphere Discovery while you're there.

Red Cryas – Fire Summoner (Level 3 Mystic Arte)

Located in Mount Zavhert. Follow the path west towards the Fendel Research Facility (though you won't enter it yet). Take the south path at the junction. Fully heal your party before opening the treasure chest. Defeat the "Fake" enemy (exploiting its weaknesses for an easier battle) to obtain the Red Cryas and Pascal's Level 3 Mystic Arte.
