Niferum	Inside the Velanik inn, accessible through the stage area (also contains a chest).
Daphne	Bottom-left of Warrior's Roost.
Bloody Rose	Velanik inn, east guest room.
Jack-in-the-Pulpit	Overseer's Chamber, Amarcian Enclave (during the main story progression).

This quest is time-consuming. To speed up the process, plant all collected seeds at once by interacting with the star icon at Cheria's house each time you return with multiple seeds.
