In Tales of Graces F Remastered, early enemies are relatively weak, consisting mainly of common wildlife and insects. However, their strength increases significantly as the game progresses. Later foes utilize Cryas Artes and powerful combo attacks, while bosses pose an even greater challenge.

Unless you're attempting a challenging armorless playthrough or speedrun, consistently upgrading your armor is crucial to surviving increasingly potent enemy attacks. Numerous armor pieces are available for purchase and crafting via Dualizing, making it worthwhile to acquire as many as possible.

All Armor Locations

A total of 59 armor pieces can be obtained. Unlike weapons, armor isn't strictly character-specific. Each character can equip two armor types: Armor or Robes, and Tunics.

Armor provides superior Physical Defense, while Robes offer better Cryas Defense and Evasion. Tunics strike a balance, offering decent stats across the board but not matching the extremes of Armor or Robes.

• Asbel, Hubert, Malik, and Richard can equip both Armor and Tunics.
• Sophie, Cheria, and Pascal can equip both Robes and Tunics.

Basic armor is sold at various shops, including Turtlez Transport Vendors. However, many superior pieces are crafted through Dualizing using these base armors and special Crystals.
