Repairing the Emblem:

Two options exist for obtaining the necessary fire: the central hearth within The Cells or the kitchen oven in the Refectory. Attempting the Cells' fire reveals an extinguished hearth and a trapped inmate.

First, consult the Doctor. Then, utilize Alfredo's investigative skills to follow the tracks beside the prisoner. These lead to a barred cell door, which you unlock by interacting with the tracks near a mirror.

After the inmate's release, close the cell door. Activate the switch in The Cells' western section (second floor) to reignite the fire. Finally, unlock the fire area and present the emblem to Eduardo or Agnes, interacting with the flames to trigger a cutscene.
