Unlocking the Quest:

Before you can access the Ghost Train or Haunted Mansion, you must reach friendship level four with Kuromi. Gifting Jack-O-Lanterns is a quick way to boost your friendship level. Once achieved, Kuromi will guide you to the Haunted Mansion and provide your first power crystal. Place this crystal in the hollowed-out tree east of the mansion to activate the Haunted Mansion.

Conquering the Haunted Mansion:

The Haunted Mansion contains ten puzzle rooms. Solving each puzzle in order unlocks the next. Here's a breakdown of each room's solution:

Room 1: Navigate around the bookcases—move to the right, then circle behind the bookcases on the left.

Room 2: Avoid the trapdoors by following an 'S' shaped path. Look for inconsistencies in the floor level or small gold rings to identify trapdoor locations.

Room 3: Take the right path in the dining room, then cross to the middle to reach the exit.

Room 4: Proceed to the second floor and choose the second door from the left.

Room 5: First, manipulate the levers in this order: bottom right, top left, top right, bottom left. This unlocks a door with a passcode. Then, step on the red heart and green triangle buttons to open the next door.

Room 6: Turn all levers green by activating them in this order: bottom right, top right, top middle, bottom middle.

Room 7: Activate four levers in this sequence: behind My Melody's portrait (east hall), south part of the room, northwest corner, then back east.

Room 8: Carefully traverse the trapdoors using this path: far right, up two squares, right two squares, diagonally up and right to safety.

Room 9: Alternate levers: left, far right, bottom right, bottom left (bottom levers facing each other).

Room 10: Follow the lever path to the far side, backtrack using the same pattern, the final path will be open.

Upon completion, collect the second power crystal from the top room.

Restoring the Ghost Train Ride:

Kuromi will direct you to the Ghost Train. Place the second crystal in the hollowed-out tree near the train. Power up the lampposts to dispel the fog by finding and activating the nearby switches.

• Switch 1: East of the first lamppost.
• Switch 2: Northeast cliff overlooking the beach.
• Switch 3: West along the swamp river, next to the tracks.

Enter the secret cave below the first lamppost to find a chest containing the spooky witch hat and the final power crystal. Equip the witch outfit, and proceed southeast of the Haunted Mansion to reach a Nul in a similar outfit. This allows passage to place the final crystal in the hollowed-out tree.
