In Ender Magnolia: Bloom In The Mist, players control Lilac, an Attuner who can harness the powers of homunculi. Some abilities, like diving, are acquired through exploration, not combat.

The Dive ability unlocks access to underwater areas and items.

Unlocking the Dive Ability:

1. Reach the Subterranean Waterway. Access this area by destroying the barrier in the Old City Market (near the Craftory).
2. To break the barrier, defeat Garm the Giant Gravedigger in the Magicite Mine. This grants you Garm's Iron Stake, needed to destroy the obstructing growth.
3. After breaking the barrier, descend into the water. You can progress in the Subterranean Waterway even without the Dive ability.

4. Navigate the Subterranean Waterway: Head right, then down a passage. Swim left, then down another passage (watch out for rat-spawning machines!). The water pressure will propel you further.

5. Continue downwards, then move right to avoid poison-spewing enemies. Jump across platforms to reach the exit.

6. You'll find a dying Attuner. Take their Arcane Instrument to gain the Dive ability. An Attuner's Respite is nearby for saving.

Using the Dive Ability:

The Dive ability allows free movement in water and acid (though acid causes damage). Melee attacks and most skills work underwater, but momentum-based abilities like Hati's Charge and Garm's Iron Stake are unusable.

You can swim up waterfalls to reach new areas. Swimming in acid is possible, but requires speed to minimize damage.
