The Stargazing quest is nighttime-only. Sleep in a visitor cabin until night, then visit Moon Island to speak with Hello Kitty. Collect the five Sky Fragments (locations marked on your map):

• One near you on Moon Island.
• One in Spooky Swamp (near Kuromi and My Melody).
• One at Rainbow Reef (inside Hangyodon's comedy club).
• One at Gemstone Mountain (speak with Chococat and Badtz-Maru).
• One at Mount Hothead (speak with Keroppi).

Return to Moon Island, speak to Hello Kitty again, and enter the portal to Cloud Island Plaza to meet Kiki and Lala.
