Finding Dapperwings in Monster Hunter Wilds
Dapperwings are small, green, parrot-like birds residing in the Scarlet Forest biome. While scattered throughout the forest, Area 14 guarantees a sighting.
Area 14 features the Southwest Pop-Up Camp. Utilize a nearby Pop-Up Camp Meowster to build and fast-travel to this camp.
From the camp, descend slightly and look left. You'll find a ruined wall where two or three Dapperwings usually perch.
Equip your Capture Net, catch a Dapperwing, and return it to Samin at the Plains Base Camp for your reward.
If Dapperwings are absent, rest at the camp or explore the forest; they may appear on trees. Note: I captured mine during daytime with clear weather.
