Locating the Ember Rufflizard

After completing the previous quest stages (returning a Tracktail Lizard and collecting a Dapperwing), Dareel will task you with finding an Ember Rufflizard. He notes their preference for volcanic areas.

I successfully found several Ember Rufflizards in Area 15 of the Oilwell Basin. This volcanic zone is hot, so remember to bring cooling drinks!

The image above shows a crater (south of the Area 15 marker) where multiple Ember Rufflizards congregate. Their distinctive green, glowing markings make them easy to spot.

Once you've located an Ember Rufflizard, use your Capture Net to catch it. Then, return to Dareel at the Windward Plains Base Camp to complete the quest.
