Avowed: Complete Guide to Locating All Strangled Adras

Avowed, like many open-world games, features main quests, side quests, and hidden areas. But it also includes unique landmarks called Strangled Adras, tracked on your map for each region (one per region). Finding them can be challenging, so this guide provides detailed locations for all five.

Dawnshore Strangled Adra:

Located southeast Dawnshore, near the Emerald Stairs exit. Before the bridge, it's high up on your left. Enter the cave below. Take the left path, ascend to the first main room, activate the lever, proceed to the second room. Remove the two vines on your right, enter the revealed path, explode a barrel to clear the wall, activate the lever to reach the Adra.

Emerald Stairs Strangled Adra:

This is the easiest to find. It's west on the map, above Tama's Cabin (marked upon entering the region). Simply climb a few steps to interact with it.

Shatterscarp Strangled Adra:

Found in Shatterscarp, on Broken Crown Rock, north of the Great Sand Sea. Ascend the steps on the top right of the rock, then jump to the right step, then to the small northern rock, then the left ledge. Circumvent the wall, grab the ledge, follow the path, break the fire barrier to reach the Adra.

Galawain's Tusk Strangled Adra:

Another relatively easy one. Start at the Sallow Steppe party camp (likely your first unlocked camp in this region). Exit the camp heading northeast. Follow the alley with Adra pillars to a Xaurip camp; the Adra is at the top. Defeat the Xaurips and climb to reach it.

The Garden Strangled Adra:

Located in The Garden (reached late in the main quest). After passing the Maegfolc Graveyard, enter the inner area through a door. Go through a small door into a pool, swim underwater to the other side. Take the left path, create an ice structure by shooting the plant on the wall to reach the further ledge, then jump to the final Adra.
