Let's get started. You'll need the Configurable Buttons widget, readily available in the KDE Store. Install it, then add the widget to your desktop.
The qdbus
commands, courtesy of Luis Bocanegra from KDE Discuss, are key. This command lists all available Kwin shortcuts:

Run this in Konsole, copy the output, and save it for future reference.
