Locate a High Rank Congalala (either through a hunt or randomly). For guaranteed success, break its head – this yields a Vibrant Pelt 100% of the time. Alternatively, inflicting and breaking open wounds on the Congalala also has a chance to drop the item.

Quest Completion and Rewards:

Return the Vibrant Pelt to Plumpeach to complete the quest. Your reward is a Delishroom and three Truffle Du Conga. This unlocks Plumpeach as a material supplier for future needs.
