Avowed's "Don't Look Down" Side Quest: A Guide to Tago's Tower

This Avowed side quest sends you to the treacherous Tago's Tower in Shatterscarp's Shark's Teeth region. Two rebel trap-setters are hindering the Aedyran army, and your task is to infiltrate the tower, reach the summit, and decide their fate.

Quest Initiation:

Locate Tago's Tower. Near the entrance, you'll find an injured Aedyran soldier. Heal him (potion or Godlike ability) to learn about the tower's numerous traps and accept the investigation.

Ascending Tago's Tower:

The tower is heavily defended, but entry is possible via:

1. Scaling the broken stone pillars to the left of the main entrance.
2. Carefully navigating (or disarming) the many traps within.
3. Utilizing a wooden platform to jump into an interior opening.

Once inside, follow the upward path, looting valuable items and avoiding (or disabling) traps. Midway, you'll discover a lever that deactivates all traps in the tower. Continue to the top floor to confront Katoa and Haiako, the trap-setters.

Confrontation: Persuasion or Combat?
