Unlocking the Apprentice Assassin Outfit

To acquire Naoe's version of the classic Assassin uniform, you must progress through her personal story missions found on the objective board. After completing four Kiji-Kuri missions, the "Wolves and Foxes" mission unlocks. This mission introduces Hanzo Hattori, and a conversation about his connection to Naoe's parents.

Following this encounter, the "Secrets of the Blade" mission becomes available. This involves investigating an ancient kofun (tumulus), possibly one you've already explored. This specific kofun is located in Settsu (see map above), but the relevant area is only accessible after unlocking this mission.

Enter the kofun and follow the mission marker (blue dot). While a chest awaits, the blue dot leads to a secret chamber. Interact with the journal within the chamber. To the left, you'll find a training dummy wearing the Assassin outfit.
