As you search Wyndham Village and its surroundings in Atomfall, you may come across references to a woman named June. She ran a shop called The Little Tea Room, though it's been seized by the Protocol and condemned by the time you arrive in town.
Following the trail of clues left behind by June will lead you to some of the secrets that the Protocol is trying to keep hidden. Digging into their business is dangerous, but if you're willing to take the risk, there is a bunker full of weapons, supplies, and Training Stimulants waiting to be raided.
Sometime before the beginning of the game, June fell in love with one of the BARD scientists who was trapped inside the Quarantine Zone. He told her many of the secrets about the Interchange, and was ultimately silenced by the Protocol. The first step in your quest is finding the spot where June buried his ring.
Once you have the Metal Detector, go to the creek just west of the entrance to Wyndham Village in Slatten Dale. Near the sewer grate, use the Metal Detector to search the riverbed and find the doctor's grave, with a note from June referencing the Little Tea Room.
Don't stand in the water for too long; the creek is home to swarming lampreys that will attack if you do. Stay on the raised areas of dry land whenever possible.
June's old shop, The Little Tea Room, is located at 34.6E, 80.4N in Wyndham Village, just east of the Village Green. Since it's seized, it's off-limits to civiliians; if a soldier sees you inside, they'll attack.
Enter the building by climbing through any of the open windows and make your way to the second floor. There, you'll find June's bones, along with a key. This opens a crate of her belongings that were confiscated by the Protocol.
June's Lockbox is in the Village Hall, at the rear left corner of the building. As long as you're still on neutral or better terms with Sims and his soldiers, you'll be able to enter, unlock the chest, and take the contents without a fight. If you've angered the Protocol or freed Doctor Garrow from prison, though, you'll probably have to kill Sims and his guards to get the crate.
The crate contains a to-do list that references a ruined building near the village boathouse, so that's your next stop.
The boathouse is near the northeast corner of the village, but remember - you're not going to the boathouse itself, but the ruined building next door. Use the Metal Detector at 35.6E, 82.8N to find June's final notes, which detail a hidden Protocol bunker in Skethermoor.
Attempting to leave the village by the Skethermoor gate will cause the guards to attack if you're caught, so it might be worth going the long way and getting there via the Slate Mine Caves. Just be wary of the robot along that route.
The Workshop is at 38.0E, 77.4N in Skethermoor; it's not guarded on the outside, but it houses roughly six well-armed and armored soldiers who respawn each time you return. Make sure you have plenty of ammo and some bandages ready before entering.
There are several BARD Crates throughout the Workshop, and the bunker is also part of the Windfall Investigation. It might be a good idea to start that quest first, so you can finish June's storyline and continue Windfall in the same visit.
