Atomfall offers six distinct endings, each determined by the NPC you choose to trust and escape with. Your choices and interactions throughout the game influence which NPC offers you a way out. This guide details how to reach each ending, but be warned: major story spoilers lie ahead.

Before you can access the Oberon Dig Site, the location of your final choices, you must acquire five Atomic Batteries and fully restore power to the Interchange.

4. Return to the starting Bunker and answer the phone.

2. Captain Sims Ending ("Operation Atomfall")

Captain Sims, a Protocol adherent, will help you escape if you:

1. Inform him about suspicious activity in Wyndham Village (e.g., the church murder or Iris's husband).
2. Retrieve information from Dr. Garrow in Skethermoor Prison.
3. Obtain a Protocol Radio Part from the Speaking Cave in Casterfell Woods.
4. Destroy Oberon.
5. Find Captain Sims in Skethermoor.

3. Dr. Garrow Ending ("Back Door")

To secure Dr. Garrow's help:

1. Free her from Skethermoor Prison (using the Signal Redirector).
2. Retrieve her research notes from the Robotics Lower Level.
3. Run the GEN ERA command at the Dam Data Store (choosing this over Joyce Tanner's GEN MOVE command).
4. Extract a sample of Oberon before destroying it at the Oberon Dig Site.
5. Return to Dr. Garrow in the Robotics Lower Level. Do not reveal Dr. Garrow's location to Dr. Holder.

4. Joyce Tanner Ending ("Emergency Extraction")

Joyce Tanner's escape route requires:

4. Finding Joyce Tanner in Casterfell Woods.

5. Dr. Holder Ending ("Oubliette")

Dr. Holder's ending involves:

1. Finding the Church Cellar Key and meeting Dr. Holder.
2. Retrieving Sample One from the Medical Lower Level.
3. Freeing Dr. Garrow and speaking to her in the Interchange.
4. Revealing Dr. Garrow's location to Dr. Holder (leading to her death).
5. Destroying Oberon using Sample One at the Oberon Dig Site (placing it in the Fire Safety Fluid Intake and using the Fire Safety lever).
6. Meeting Dr. Holder in the Medical Tunnels.

6. Mother Jago Ending ("At one with the Soil")

Mother Jago's ending is more complex:

1. Obtain Dr. Holder's Keycard (for access to Medical Tunnels).
2. Retrieve Mother Jago's book and the Strange Tonic Recipe from the Druid's Camp.
3. Return the book and offer the Effigy at the Speaking Cave.
4. Retrieve the Growth Stimulant from the Medical Tunnels.
5. Feed the Growth Stimulant to Oberon at the Oberon Dig Site (using the Fire Safety Fluid Intake and lever).
6. Return to the Druid's Castle Ruins and jump into the hole.
