The first larval teardrop can be found at night on the cemetery plains. From the cemetery plain blessing point, go east and walk to the blue glowing cemetery you can see in the distance and pick it up.

Qianjing Town

The next juvenile teardrop can be picked up at night in Foreground. Start from the intersection of the main city gate and climb up the cliff to the southeast to reach Foreground Town, then look for another glowing blue cemetery in the south of the area.

Abandoned sick village

If you visit an abandoned sick village at night—north of the bridge, north of the blessed point—and go a little east at the blessed point, you can collect another juvenile teardrop in this blue glowing cemetery.

Crusader Church

Visit the Crusader Church in the evening and you will find another glowing blue cemetery to the left of the church entrance.
