This quest begins by requiring access to the Hyland Point warehouse, located opposite Taco Ticklers. Access is granted only between 6 PM and 6 AM. Upon your first attempt, an NPC will engage you. Reaching Hustler V rank or higher is necessary for entry. Otherwise, you must increase your rank before proceeding.
