求一下总记录数，好分页，但是count(*) 要2秒，查询时间记录结果只要0.0044秒
我怎么做，才能提高速度呢？
另外，还想问一个问题，有这样一个需求。
有一统计系统，功能就是统计一下，某个广告一天，有多少个IP点击，一天只记录一个IP，（同个IP点击多次，只记录一次），
到第二天了，才会被在次记录。
每天大约数据量是2千万条，
我想问一下，我怎么设计一下表更合理呢。
