好吧我是新手!
今天在弄数据库的时候中文总是出现乱码!按照网上的说法,数据库、数据表、字段都是统一编码utf-8,而且网页里面也设置了charset=utf-8,而且浏览器显示其他中文是没有问题的,就是数据库里面取出来的东西显示都是?最后,[email protected]_query("SET NAMES 'utf8'");才得以解决!
问题来了!!!
难道每次数据库操作都要加上这一句吗?有没有其他更好的方法,可以无痛永久?
哦对了,我用的是phpmyadmin和mysql。。。

对,php每次连接mysql后都通知mysql,想用什么编码交互。
不需要每次mysql_query之前反复通知,每次连接mysql之后就可以。

在项目中都是写DB类的,只需要调用方法,传参数就行。不需要再自己去写 mysql_query("SET NAMES 'utf8'");

写一个class mysql类,在类里设置编码,
每次方位库时,实例化mysql类就好
