php5.2.8安装目录下没有生成ext目录，安装时我选择全部安装
php.ini里也没有extension=php_mysql.dll , extension=php_mysqli.dll 这些东西
接着顺利安装完mysql，这种情况下这两个能配置 起来吗，为什么缺少这些东西？

连数据库肯定是不可以的。学习的话建议装一体包

全部安装的话应该会有啊，而且就算是自定义安装，对MySql和MySqli的支持也是默认安装的啊。如果你纯粹是为了学习的话直接用AppServ就好了；开发的话可以用Windows+Apache+MySql+PHP或者直接建个LAMP环境。自己配置可以多多尝试。
