于是我下载了 zend studio 9.0.2 (210M),也是基于PDT的。。终于也可以显示局部变量了。我想应该也是PDT版本太低所致。。
看了下版本信息如下:

总结:
原因:PDT版本太低所致。
解决:升级PDT.
