STRIP_RUNTIME_SPACE 常量在tp3.0中就去掉了。所以没有用。
刚才看了下tp的源码，发现去除代码中的空白和注释已经成为默认行为，开发者不可控制。
所以只有修改源代码了。修改方法：
ThinkPHP/Common/runtime.php 中 build_runtime_cache() 函数中最后的
file_put_contents(RUNTIME_FILE,strip_whitespace('
//注释掉，改为：
file_put_contents(RUNTIME_FILE,'
或者 ThinkPHP/Common/common.php 中strip_whitespace() 方法开始直接

调试完记着改回去。
