使用Eclipse开发php应用，中文提示乱码的解决办法
近期因为工作原因，需要使用PHP进行开发，因为普通的文本编辑器没有代码提示与自动完成功能，决定使用eclipse进行开发。下载了eclipse的最新版本，并且添加了PHP插件。
为了支持多语言，决定采用UTF-8编码。但是在开发的过程中，发现代码的自动提示帮助信息显示的是乱码，PHP源文件及注释，均正常。
在网上查了很多资料，有设置“General->Workspace编码的”、有设置“General->Conent Type->Text编码的”…，总之，找到的各种办法全部试了，都不好用。
后来无意中发现设置“eclipse目录下eclipse.ini文件”，在文件结尾添加“-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8”，之后重新启动eclipse，发现提示终于正常了。困扰这么长时间的问题终于解决。
