win7 64位旗舰版本，我安装了WAMP，然后装了zendStudio，创建一个项目后，出现了

2、确定配置路径是否正确 ？

1楼正解。在黑窗口里输入netstat -aon

findstr "80"
看看是不是80端口被占用。被占用在任务管理器中将该进程结束掉即可

停止iis后再试试

http://localhost 直接在浏览器运行试试。
没问题，加上项目路径再试试。

明显的，你这报错是IIS出的，不是从你装的WAMP里的Apache出的，说明80端口被IIS占用了。
有两种可能：
一、Apache用了非80端口
二、Apache用了80端口，但是已经被IIS占用了，所以没有服务启动成功。

我的经验是：
1.你已经开启IIS，关闭即可；
2.在你的代码中设置路径与实际物理路径不符；
3.subdomain的设置问题。

你把apache的端口换个然后把网址输入改成http://localhost:apache端口/你的路径
